During my visit today I ordered the Lulu without mayo. When I got home not only did it have mayo but it was missing the bacon. The guy behind the counter was friendly and all but that only goes so far. Getting the order correct is the primary driver for customer satisfaction.
Please tell me why during customer appreciation day my 2 year old son, whom I was holding in my arms, was denied a sandwich and I was only able to get one for myself and told to stand through the line again in order to get him a sandwich??? Jacksonville, Bartram park location. Leaves a bad taste in my mouth #jimmyjohns
