The only person that showed us any kindness and even asked if we enjoyed our meal was the young man bussing the table. He was very kind every time he passed by. We are very understanding when it comes to a restaurant being busy and things getting backed up, and we would not blame that on the staff at all. But this wasn’t the problem here. It was just a rude, judgmental, and honestly mean server that just destroyed any possibility of having a positive experience. I have gone back and forth trying to find anything to give her the benefit of the doubt and show more empathy on my end. But every time I look back at the situation I come to the came conclusion: she was just horrible to us. That simple.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Had an absolutely amazing experience at Josephine in Avondale! Everything we ordered was so delicious — from the appetizers to the entrees, every bite was incredible.
Our server, Aiden, was amazing — so attentive, friendly, and truly made the night special. Chrystal, the owner, was also incredibly kind and generous, which added such a personal touch to the experience.
They went above and beyond for my birthday with extra touches of tiramisu, chocolate gelato, and champagne, and it meant so much to us. The food, service, and atmosphere were all perfect. Highly recommend, can’t wait to come back! 🎉🥂

Only had drinks at the bar but the focaccia is supposed to be really good. The pasta is made fresh and the syrups at the bar are made by the bartenders. The drinks we had were really good. Definitely going back and next time will be to try the food
Made a reservation here for my birthday and whole heartedly regretted it. Service was awful, the wait was long for everything despite it not being crowded and food was just ok. Nothing I will ever crave. My birthday was never acknowledged despite being on the reservation and someone at the table mentioning it again to the server. Horrible experience for a special occasion. Don’t recommend choosing this establishment to celebrate anything.
Management needs to improve their customer service along with the servers.

The service was great atmosphere was nice. The food was ok it could have been because my reservation was your and half before closing. The steak was dry and tough. They just gave me more steak sauce. And said it was cooked the way i asked. So I paid and left. Lovely place food not so great

I came here on my anniversary. I casually mentioned how this was an amazing anniversary dinner and the server took itnupon herself to do a tiramisu dessert to celebrate.
The pasta and dessert were phenominal. The memory made that night was top notch

Disappointed in the quality of the food and cocktails. Branzino ($40) was dry, fennel undercooked, cous cous tasted like cardboard. Very underwhelming! Special cocktail Georgia Sunset, was served with too much bitters and undrinkable, they brought another with less of their homemade bitters, I drank it, but not a tasty cocktail. On a positive note, out server was great. Save your money, I do not recommend.
