My order was put in around 2:40pm. Went to pick up at 2:55pm and the lady states they are closing early today at 3pm. I asked how I should get my money back because the order had already been placed. She brings me a voided receipt. So why was my order voided at 2:51pm? Why was the doors closed before 3pm? Why was there nothing posted on the door or even online? Anytime I come to the Deerwood/southside location I seem to not get great service. I have ordered before on a few occasions and gotten a hot juice. Now ordered and didn’t even get my order. Voiding my order will take a few days to get my money back. Lady says, oh well you can come back tomorrow. I do not live near any of the JuiceBox locations. So when I put in an order I am driving out of my way to get it. Would have been nice to have had a phone call stating my order was being cancelled. San Marco location is a way better choice for the juice box!!

Came during posted open hours and the business doors were locked. No signs indicating they were closed and the lights were on. Staff watched from inside of the restaurant as I stood confused.

The girl with all the face piercings and dreads had the worst attitude from the moment I walked in the door. It was like she just couldn't be nice. And when I really did not want to tip her after her snapping at me for taking a minute to decide what I wanted, she was even more nasty! Never going there again, the smoothie did not make up for any of that experience it was WAY too sweet. I felt like I was being punished in way for being in there. I picked out this smoothie, place so I could get relief from something healthy yet the fruit did not taste fresh. This was the first and the last time for me.
Absolutely love this place; the food is tasty and plentiful (I'm partial to the acai bowls and veggie juices), the atmosphere is chill and relaxing, and the location is hard to beat for access and convenience. A major staple of my stay in town, cannot recommend enough!

so i came inside and automatically they had a tone with me. i got stared at by multiple of the workers who seemed to glare at me for even placing an order, even going to lock the door not letting anyone in before they’re even closed. On top of this it took a while for everything to get made as they only had one person working and everyone else would look around and not do anything. The food was amazing but the customer service seemed to be where everything went downhill. I would recommend the place for food but in termes of their customer appeal they have a lot of work to get done. If i was to be the owner of this store i would be highly disappointed in my staff.
