KFC in Jacksonville

“Please rush to this KFC for their food. This is the first one I've been to where the food was absolutely commercial perfect. The chicken was cooked nicely. It was fresh, crispy and juicy on the inside. It was beautiful and tasted the same. The customer service was very good too. I order an 8 pc meal. The fries were perfect as well the biscuits and my other side. It was a very stormy night but this place delivered overall. I was in awe. When you're good, credit has to be given. Keep up the good work!!!“

“Hands down the best KFC I’ve ever had! This was my third visit to this location and every time they impress me even more. The service is always super quick, and the staff is so friendly and welcoming—it really makes the experience enjoyable. The chicken was unbelievably fresh, hot, and juicy, cooked perfectly with that classic flavor you expect from KFC but done even better. Everything tasted like it just came right out of the fryer. I left completely satisfied and already looking forward to coming back. This location has definitely become my go-to spot for KFC!“

The prices are fair and reasonable.
There's always deals in app to get free or discounted food with purchase. The chicken sandwich and fried chicken were good. Sides, coleslaw and mashed potatoes good. Definitely recommend this location.“

“Had KFC tonight for the first time in a long while. It was so much better than I ever remember. The chicken was not very greasy and extremely flavorful. The mashed potatoes and gravy were good. The coleslaw was excellent and the biscuits were out of this world. Even the sweet tea was pretty dang good. If they can keep up this kind of quality I will definitely eat KFC on a regular basis.“

“Food was good. Would have been better with salt but they didn't have any. I could live no salt but the young lady yelling at ppl as I ate my meal was awful. I think she didn't see anything wrong yelling with customers in the dining area.“

“This was the first time in about two years that I didn't get passed off by the people at this KFC. I stopped going.. This group was very good. First of all, they didn't greet me with attitude, if at all, telling me what they don't have. Today, I was greeted when I walked, in, "with a good afternoon." The server had a friendly smile and a great personality. She took my order and even checked to see if she would be able to fill the order. The food was hot and fresh, like I remember KFC to be. The store was clean , they had a full staff, and everyone was working as a team. I hope they can keep this same flavor as staff members change. I give it 8 out of 10.“

“I'm giving this a 5 star review because Tay saved the day. He was friendly and made sure I was taken care of. He was not the original person who greeted me. There was am older lady who did while a young girl was sitting in a low counter on the phone. The lady was wonderful but I don't think she had the register and liked at the young girl 2x and asked if I had been helped. The girl is young and I'm guessing still learning about customer service. Tay came around and had a great energy and made sure my order was made and that I had everything I needed.“

“Came here a few days ago and had a great experience! I normally don’t eat at kfc but decided to give it a try and it was great! The food was fresh and I didn’t have to wait longer than 5 minutes. Definitely will come back to this location“

“Tonesia is always pleasant no matter what’s going on. Janelle and Tyra are good too. I always have hot chicken for lunch. Dinner crew needs to work on it but I’ll give them another try another day because I only went there once during the evening.“

“I have visited this location many times because my job is less than 2 minutes from this location. The service was extremely nasty. I said that I would never frequent the business. Well today I had to pick up an order and I met the District Manager. I expressed the concerns that myself and co workers had a few months ago. He assured me that they have replaced staff and still undergoing revamping of the staff. Please take time to visit this KFC. The atmosphere and service has done a complete 360. Thank you Kyle and Ms. Gina for listening to your customers. We appreciate you.“

“I stopped by the KFC on University and Powers because I was craving a large Mountain Dew Sweet Lightning—you can’t buy this drink at other restaurants or even in stores, only at KFC. Once I got my drink, I decided to grab a two-piece meal. The cashier, a Latino gentleman (didn’t catch his name), was very friendly and welcoming. The rest of the staff were just as great—one of the team members, an African-American guy, even checked in on me a couple times to make sure I had everything I needed. The service was excellent, the food was fresh and delicious, and you could tell the chicken came straight out of fresh oil. I really appreciated the experience and will definitely be back.“

“Came to the store today after a 2-hour road trip to visit my mother-in-law. Mr. Rod was so nice and gave me all the options and choices for a 16-piece meal for a family dinner with me, my husband, and his family. He provided great customer service and explained which sauces to choose for my order of potato wedges. Thank you, Mr. Rod, for your service.“

“Late swim meet and request for late dinner was fried chicken. Looking at reviews for chicken places left me feeling nervous about the choice, but we decided on the closest to home, which was KFC. Hadn't had it in probably 10+ years. So 9pm on a Monday, 2.5 overall rating on Google maps, I reluctantly stopped to face the odds. My family and I were pleasantly surprised. Staff greeted me right away inside, super nice. Ordered 8 piece family meal extra crispy , side of mashed potatoes and gravy, side of mac and cheese and an extra sm gravy. The order was completed in about 10 min. It was correct, hot, and tasted great. One small thing and it's a personal preference, the noodles in the mac and cheese were a little soft for my liking, more of an al dente guy, but it tasted good and was hot! I'm not sure about all these negative reviews. Makes me wonder how legit they are. Thank you for proving them wrong for me and my family.“
