“The current store manager, Lenard ,very professional very helpful and knows what he's doing. I would keep that man in place here and give him a raise, exceptional performance. It was a terrible worker here and she was bringing down the business, he acknowledged it, and got rid of her as soon as possible. “I go to this location on Normandy Blvd often. The food is always hot and delicious. I like ordering the 2 or 3 piece box. My problem is the box meals come with a drink, but I don't want any of the sugary drink selections or the diet coke. Can you PLEASE ADD BOTTLE WATER as a drink selection ?!! I pay for a drink that I never get. If I order without a drink, it's the same or more cost. Please help!!“
“A lot of the people that come into KFC have too much entitlement. The workers are over worked and under staffed half of the time. Today I went in and had already been waiting for 20 minutes for some chicken. I noticed immediately there wasn’t a lot of people in there but I didn’t have anywhere to go so it was okay.
I don’t who the man was but he was very rude to all of the employees and expecting them to make things go faster. He was yelling at one of the girls , Jaleah I think, and being very disrespectful towards her. She told him that people in drive through were waiting longer and that they had to go in order. Them going in order meant drive three got theirs first. He had no understanding that there was a line. Even if she mentioned the crispy chicken was the fastest thing that could be made, he still wasn’t going to get his first. If anything he was only there for about 5 minutes.
The girl repeated this to him THREE times. I’m glad she was able to handle it , and I’m happy her employees had her back because he had no reason to be upset. Especially when there are so many other fast food places around here that he could have gone too.
I’ve been coming to this KFC since it’s been opened and half the time things are decent until a customer thinks they own the place. I applaud all the people who work in fast food because I know how hard it is to deal with people like that.“
“Great place to eat. Needs to re-open the lobby on week days. Older people need to be able to sit down and eat together bottom line. If the bars are open an We can walk into public drinking get togethers, then We should still be able to EAT TOGETHER in public get togethers TOO ???“
“My chicken was left in the oil way too long it was so wet with oil the breading on the chicken was coming off the worst chicken I've ever received from there and I asked if I could just get legs and thighs they told me it couldn't be done when I've done it many times cuz my family only eats certain parts of the chicken that's very frustrating when I pay $47 for a meal and gets very poor quality food“
“I'm giving this a 5 star review because Tay saved the day. He was friendly and made sure I was taken care of. He was not the original person who greeted me. There was am older lady who did while a young girl was sitting in a low counter on the phone. The lady was wonderful but I don't think she had the register and liked at the young girl 2x and asked if I had been helped. The girl is young and I'm guessing still learning about customer service. Tay came around and had a great energy and made sure my order was made and that I had everything I needed.“
“Picking up lunch for a friend and I had a bonus of free tenders from my Tmobile account. I didn't know it had to be ordered through the app and was having trouble. The associate was so kind to help me get set up. Then I noticed it was ordered at the wrong store so she fixed that. While waiting for the order another guest had a problem with a coupon not working and realizing she couldn't afford her food. I had the opportunity to Bless both of us by paying for her food. “I have visited this location many times because my job is less than 2 minutes from this location. The service was extremely nasty. I said that I would never frequent the business. Well today I had to pick up an order and I met the District Manager. I expressed the concerns that myself and co workers had a few months ago. He assured me that they have replaced staff and still undergoing revamping of the staff. Please take time to visit this KFC. The atmosphere and service has done a complete 360. Thank you Kyle and Ms. Gina for listening to your customers. We appreciate you.“
“The 3 piece tender and fries combo is definitely a good deal. We just did a drive through. The food delivery is fast. Cashier is courteous. Food is hot. Fries are crispy. Tenders are of ok size. Very delicious. I’d like them to be bigger but they are already bigger than the ones I got a few days ago elsewhere. So I really can’t complain about this restaurant.

“I really like the night staff. This location makes sure my food is always fresh and the younger gentleman as well as the manager is always polite. This location stays busy because main Street never has any chicken so they say. Everyone comes to this location to eat. Not everyone has the best experience but each time my experience has been pleasant. I would say try for yourself.“
“This was the first time in about two years that I didn't get passed off by the people at this KFC. I stopped going.. This group was very good. First of all, they didn't greet me with attitude, if at all, telling me what they don't have. Today, I was greeted when I walked, in, "with a good afternoon." The server had a friendly smile and a great personality. She took my order and even checked to see if she would be able to fill the order. The food was hot and fresh, like I remember KFC to be. The store was clean , they had a full staff, and everyone was working as a team. I hope they can keep this same flavor as staff members change. I give it 8 out of 10.“
“Drove to this KFC since the one close to home was really slacking. The team in this store were really awesome. If I could rate the service a 10 - I totally would. Ajay, Big Porsche & Teddy were very hospitable, the food was hot, we did not wait long and the restaurant was very clean. “Late swim meet and request for late dinner was fried chicken. Looking at reviews for chicken places left me feeling nervous about the choice, but we decided on the closest to home, which was KFC. Hadn't had it in probably 10+ years. So 9pm on a Monday, 2.5 overall rating on Google maps, I reluctantly stopped to face the odds. My family and I were pleasantly surprised. Staff greeted me right away inside, super nice. Ordered 8 piece family meal extra crispy , side of mashed potatoes and gravy, side of mac and cheese and an extra sm gravy. The order was completed in about 10 min. It was correct, hot, and tasted great. One small thing and it's a personal preference, the noodles in the mac and cheese were a little soft for my liking, more of an al dente guy, but it tasted good and was hot! I'm not sure about all these negative reviews. Makes me wonder how legit they are. Thank you for proving them wrong for me and my family.“
“THE BEST KFC! You walk in, you are immediately greeted, and made to feel welcomed. The entire store is clean and the staff keeps up with its cleanliness. From my experience, the food is always Fresh and Hot! The biscuits are awesome here. Not dry at all! To reiterate, all of the staff is great. I only caught Ms. Kim’s name and she is a character and really makes customer service a top notch part of the time you spend here. She is an asset to the team. Thank you to the folks preparing the food as well!“
