After growing up on KFC in the 60’s and enjoying it very much. The 103rd St. location has changed. Prices are outrageous compared to their competitors!! After spending 50+ dollars for four people picking up through the drive-thru I asked for condiment packets as I always previously did over the last 40+ years ketchup, ranch dressing. Visited 103rd location twice this year it was terrible, teenagers as workers are disrespectful talking outloud and cursing while customers are at the window my order was still wrong chicken was supposed to be original recipe they gave me crispy none of my family members could eat it due to it be overcooked. Food is always overcooked and coleslaw is dry. Prices are not worth the quality. Sorry but management needs to step in value customers feedback.
