It's the best KFC on the Westside but that is a very low bar. There is a very large pot hole in the drive thru that could damage your car. They didn't have Original Recipe at 430? Didn't give me my mashed potatoes. The chicken was pretty good. Better to go inside. The drive thru is dangerous. Sharp corner, large pot holes. Then the traffic.
Will and Marcus took my order, prepared my food and we’re the best! I was a little indecisive and changed my mind a couple times. They were friendly and helpful. They seemed like they wanted to make me happy which gave them happiness. It was delicious. The tables are clean, which tells me they take the time and go wipe down the tables between customers. The bathrooms were clean. I will definitely be back. I appreciate your staff. They will do where well no matter where...read full review
As a food delivery driver, this place is alright. The food is delicious, the environment is a little bland and the staff could be a bit more attentive.

KFC offers a mixed experience. While some customers complain about greasy and poorly cooked chicken, others appreciate the friendly staff and fresh, tasty food. The manager is noted for taking care of regular customers, and the food is generally considered good, with some reviews mentioning that it could be better with salt. However, a cleanliness issue with furry worms near the drive-thru window was a significant turn-off for one reviewer. Recently, a customer enjoyed the new cherry pie poppers but suggested they need a glaze or dipping sauce to be even better. Despite these mixed reviews and some complaints about service and order accuracy, KFC remains a popular choice in the area for those looking for a quick and tasty meal.
