Worst service! I placed my order in the appt! It said my order was ready. I waited an extra 35 mins for my food to be wrong. They didn't care about getting my order correct. The service? Rude!!! No respect for customers and it was the management that was rude or whomever the greenheaded women or man was! If you wouldn't treat your family members cold, dry or wrong orders! Why serve it to others! If you wouldn't eat it why serve it to others? If you don't like your job quit. But it's not okay to be rude to someone who's being kind and to speak to people crazy because you're having a bad day.

The absolute worst service and food I have ever recieved at a KFC. Nuggets were cold and when I complained the last make me pull uo to wait. I waited 5 minutes then drive back thru she ignored me at window then gave me more cold nuggets. I wanted a return and she said I had to go thru the app. I did not order thru app so I argued that this made no since. She acted like she was so happy to be unhelpful.

Visited 103rd location twice this year it was terrible, teenagers as workers are disrespectful talking outloud and cursing while customers are at the window my order was still wrong chicken was supposed to be original recipe they gave me crispy none of my family members could eat it due to it be overcooked. Food is always overcooked and coleslaw is dry. Prices are not worth the quality. Sorry but management needs to step in value customers feedback.

After growing up on KFC in the 60’s and enjoying it very much. The 103rd St. location has changed. Prices are outrageous compared to their competitors!! After spending 50+ dollars for four people picking up through the drive-thru I asked for condiment packets as I always previously did over the last 40+ years ketchup, ranch dressing. And then I asked what other kind of dipping sauces they had I was told at the drive-thru that any condiment was $.60 cents each?? Meaning at least another five dollars, of getting nothing and ripped off!! For over 40 years I’ve dine-in & came to the drive-thru and never been charged for Ketchup, barbecue sauce or ranch dressing especially after spending 50+ dollars. what’s going on we’re being nickeled and dime!The customer service was nothing special chicken was very greasy & the three sides ordered we’re only halfway full! The only thing that was exceptional was the mac & cheese, but again they’re only filled halfway when you’re paying full price! With new fried chicken company competitors coming to the city of Jacksonville, Florida, which I am a native of (which I’ll be professional as well, and will not mention their name on Atlantic Boulevard) I would hope that KFC fixes this problem because who wants to spend 50+ dollars & be nickel & dime for condiments and then only fill the sides half way and throw the gressy chicken food away because it’s yucky! I will reevaluate this exact KFC within the next few months, and if it’s better be glad to upgrade the store rating, but as of now, one-star only ⭐️is the best rating period!

Went through the drive-thru today at 3:00 this afternoon today is September 1st 2023 the drive-thru lady gave me my drink with it dripping soda all off of it into my car I asked her to wipe it she looked at me like I was crazy like it was a burden for her to wipe down my drinks so I gave her a zero she sucks at customer service
