I go to this location on Normandy Blvd often. The food is always hot and delicious. I like ordering the 2 or 3 piece box. My problem is the box meals come with a drink, but I don't want any of the sugary drink selections or the diet coke. Can you PLEASE ADD BOTTLE WATER as a drink selection ?!! I pay for a drink that I never get. If I order without a drink, it's the same or more cost. Please help!!

The cashier Robert is fantastic! We went through the drive-thru and had a family order and he let us know it would take about 10 minutes to complete. He has the best work ethic that I haven't seen in years! So polite, and knowledgeable, and greeted us professionally. My kids like to say hi to the workers when we go out and he even chatted with them a little bit! Overall a wonderful experience, and a big thank you to the cashier Robert! You're amazing!

I went to the Normandy KFC at approximately 1730 this afternoon. I ordered the 2 piece meal. The lady who took my order was fabulous, so cordial. My food came quickly and exactly as I requested. Chicken was hot and fresh, and the biscuit was warm and freshly made. I hope they ALL see this review. I'll be back soon.
