It says on website this place is open from 10am to 12am. They closed at 10 pm and there was a line. It's Monday7/29/24. Management should be held accountable. Poor service.

A lot of the people that come into KFC have too much entitlement. The workers are over worked and under staffed half of the time. Today I went in and had already been waiting for 20 minutes for some chicken. I noticed immediately there wasn’t a lot of people in there but I didn’t have anywhere to go so it was okay.
I don’t who the man was but he was very rude to all of the employees and expecting them to make things go faster. He was yelling at one of the girls , Jaleah I think, and being very disrespectful towards her. She told him that people in drive through were waiting longer and that they had to go in order. Them going in order meant drive three got theirs first. He had no understanding that there was a line. Even if she mentioned the crispy chicken was the fastest thing that could be made, he still wasn’t going to get his first. If anything he was only there for about 5 minutes.
The girl repeated this to him THREE times. I’m glad she was able to handle it , and I’m happy her employees had her back because he had no reason to be upset. Especially when there are so many other fast food places around here that he could have gone too.
I’ve been coming to this KFC since it’s been opened and half the time things are decent until a customer thinks they own the place. I applaud all the people who work in fast food because I know how hard it is to deal with people like that.

Waited 25 min for our food, only one other person was here ordering during that time. Finally got our food, missing items, tasted horrible, threw it all away except the potatoes. We could not even drink our drinks, because they tasted like chemicals. Rude girl that brought our food out to us after being told to wait in the car, didn’t put napkins, forks, condiments in the bag…will NEVER go back here.

The fried chicken tasted horrible.. Worst KFC I've tasted ..by a country mile! Very greasy & leaves a heavy feeling in the stomach. I've had KFC in other parts of the world ..Never ended up throwing it in the trash!

Online order at 4pm for 5:30 pickup, it’s after 6pm and the food still is t ready, even tho ppl in the restaurant are ordering g and getting their food immediately.
