Hands down the best KFC I’ve ever had! This was my third visit to this location and every time they impress me even more. The service is always super quick, and the staff is so friendly and welcoming—it really makes the experience enjoyable. The chicken was unbelievably fresh, hot, and juicy, cooked perfectly with that classic flavor you expect from KFC but done even better. Everything tasted like it just came right out of the fryer. I left completely satisfied and already looking forward to coming back. This location has definitely become my go-to spot for KFC!

Customer service was very rude… They messed up my order got all the way home and realized it was wrong took food back and asked could they fix my order and recook it. It was a young light skinned chick with braids her attitude was awful she didn’t want to recook my food and automatically caught an attitude she then calls the manger and she was rude also. I’ll never visit that restaurant again. And I will be reaching out to Corporate.

Went through drive through at about 11:20pm ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwich meals with potato wedges and asked for it to be made fresh. Cashier said it will be made fresh but informed me at the window that they didn’t have potato wedges. When I got the food it was cold so I asked for a remake cashier said they didn’t have the chicken anymore and was offering me chicken tenders that she said had been up for 1 HOUR. I received a refund but I was disappointed because all I wanted was fresh chicken sandwiches!

I picked up through the drive through. It was quick and the food was fresh. The team answered all my questions. I was needing help understanding how to ask for two breasts in upgrading my ark meat bucket. No issues clarifying how to do what I had in mind. Great experience, excellent customer service and food was good as usual. I like it when they make it easy to get the food I want.

Its just sauce, you do not need to protect it as if its the secret chicken recipe. I PAID .60 per bbq sauce and when I asked for them (4) she gave me attitude and had to call over the manger to verify the sauce. I wonder if there is a bonus for the least amount of sauces given out so if they say no and keep them all do the owners of kfc pay a bonus? I would understand if that was the case but im guessing they would rather have some idiot pay .60 per sauce and the IDIOT behind the counter to ring it up and hand it out. Its simple.
