I ordered wings and was told there was only two available. When I got home and opened the box I was so disappointed the wings were not only burned and very greasy but had the bones sticking out of them. (They should have been thrown in the trash) I’m never coming there

This is the 3 time outvof the last 7 visits that the ordered was messed up. This time i got home and two of the sides were missing. Last time one was and one was wrong. The other time is 2 of the 4 were completely wrong. Such a disappointment.Franklin McDaniel

Lady can't listen and take the order. Sent me to the window and still had to repeat my order. Then still didn't get what I ordered. No sauce in the bag should have came with two of our meals. Just terrible service.

Tried this place for the first time and most likely the last time. Waited nearly an hour before receiving my order. Would have been a longer wait had I not constantly inquired as to status of my order. Each time I asked was told "they are working on it right now". Watched as other customers who came after me received their orders. Once I got home with my order I realized they had given me only 12 pieces rather than the 16 I ordered. Then to make things worse they did not include any breast pieces, everything was wings, legs or thighs. Shorted me on biscuits as well. I guess they just shoved whatever they had into the bucket so they could complete the order. Ordered extra crispy but not even close to being crispy. Extra greasy would be a better term. Went back to the location and spoke to the manager. They did provide the pieces of chicken and biscuits I was short changed on but a little too late. During the time I sat waiting for my order (40 minutes) they seemed to have a difficult time keeping track of the what orders were completed and which ones were pending. And at times when they did complete an order it was wrong. If they continue this poor service they will be out of business soon. Need some serious training on how to manage orders.Parking: None

First time visit to this location. Nobody was im the drivethru at around noon this day. My order taken quickly, the person was nice. The Chicken was warm at best. They put in a extra piece as the piece they gave me must have come from retarded chicken as it was odd. I was disappointed in the foods temperature. Also, the food didn't have a good taste, it was tasteless, not what I was expecting. The biscuit was fresh though tasteless. The green Beans had some flavor and was hotter than the chicken. NOT the best experience for the $12.00 fee for a number 2 combo. Ug!

I spent over 30 minutes picking up my order from inside. I wish that I could say that this is a fluke but it seems to be the norm every time I go. Food was okay, it's not my top pick for chicken but my son really enjoys their pot pies.
KFC is known for their tasty chicken but today for lunchI tried their chicken pot pie and fries. WOW! Moist and delicious pie with a light flaky crust. The fries were also incredible. Hot, crispy happiness! I'll be back for these again! This location just opened this year! I'll be back again for these!

Well that only took a few months - just served old dry chicken that is inedible - I cannot believe they would serve this food. Sides were old. They never have enough people working - I've given them multiple chances now and I'm done. Another joke is a restaurant in Oakleaf. Skip it.

I was excited when this restaurant put up signs to build on Old Middleburg road. Unfortunately, they have not lived up to my expectations. I have tried them TWICE with the same outcome. The chicken was greasy and appeared to be refried. It was also dark but didn't taste burnt. The chicken was very dry, even the dark meat and stuck to the bone, which signified it was NOT fresh. The workers are friendly. There was a long drive thru line both times BUT again, the chicken was extremely disappointing. I will NOT be returning to this location. I will go back to the location on Blanding, which is out of my way, but the food has been fresher.

Idk if they need better communication from the back to the front, but there is no reason why KFC doesn't have any chicken, and I mean zero ready at 8 pm and for the person who takes the orders to have no idea that there is no chicken!

We had Trina as our cashier during the dinner rush. We needed to grab a bite between our errands and she seemed to be the only employee handling the front. She ran the register, orders, customers and all our needs with grace and poise. Every single request was answered in full and with a smile. The best service under all the pressure of "hangry" customers. If Trina is there during your visit, rest easy knowing you'll be taken care of!
