It's a real shame how these restaurants cut back on the quality and quanity of there food and charge more money . I purchased a Pot Pie and got a big round beautiful crust with a half cup of filling and two strings of chicken. Really KFC. I understand times are hard but if you can't afford to sale a quality product take it off the menu. I was told you have another supplier that provide the filling. The staff was very rude and when we asked for Mayo. They said they don’t have it and gave one squirt on drink lid.
One squirt we don’t want to break the Colonel lol. I asked for crispy and got one original & 1 crispy.

Most disgusting and racist KFC I've ever experienced. If you're not black, you're ignored. Store is dirty. Garbage cans not emptied, floors and tables dirty. Employee's kids and family hanging around in the dining room. They're always out of tea, and never give receipts anymore so that you can't take survey and notify corporate.

KFC is a clean and updated restaurant with kind and helpful staff, despite being busy. The food is great, with tasty and tender chicken and awesome biscuits that are not dry. The entire store is clean and the staff keeps up with its cleanliness. The food is always fresh and hot, and the staff is very nice and friendly. Fries are crispy and always good. However, some customers have experienced disappointing orders, and the mac & cheese needs a major overhaul as it is too commercial. Spicy chicken sandwiches were dry and prices have increased. Overall, KFC is a decent option for cheap and fast food.
