They just gave me and my almost 2 year old so much joy just by walking in. The guy behind the donut side was so friendly and made my son’s day when he handed him a hot off the belt donut, which my 2 year old devoured. It’s hard to find places so kid-oriented and friendly and it means the world to me as a parent that my son had such a great experience in what was supposed to be a routine trip. We’ll definitely make Krispy Kreme our go to spot when we are done at Lowe’s....

I’ve always heard Krispy Kreme rewards kids with A’s on their report cards, so I brought my two sons in to ask. The young lady, Love, greeted us. She smiled when she saw the report cards and told the boys they could each pick a specialty donut for their hard work! Thank you, Love—you made their day and my heart so happy. It wasn’t about the donut, but about someone recognizing their effort and making them feel proud!
