my food. was hot and fresh. that's the only nice thing I gotta say about this one . they didn't have the soda I wanted my drink was flat the staff had to ask me what I ordered three times. how hard is it to get it right rude customer service a crew member was moping kept on getting angry cause people was walking on her floor yet she was moping by the door hello I think this. location would want some customers. she was nasty rude cussed me out. I'm very disappointed, i just left this restaurant and i was given RE-Fried Fries, and then I didn't get what i ordered. I ordered wings but given burgers ordered at the university location. I live on the Northside of jacksonville; but I work late night on the Southside. Im tired, and now hungry. SO i drove to the 2023 Main street location and was treated poorly and won't accept the food i spoke to a rep at the window who asked if i had my receipt and the food.
