I went thru the drive thru and the service was quick, and the young man who greeted me at the window was an absolute sweetheart. He was very friendly and definitely took pride in his job. I ordered the 4 cheese Krystals with fries and sweet tea. The food was excellenta as it's always been since I was a child. The price was great for the quality of food. I will definitely go back again!

Every once in a while you just have to have a crystal cheeseburger. Service took longer than expected through the drive-thru. They definitely are not as good as they used to be. The fries were probably the worst fries I've ever had. They did not even taste like fries. They were very overcooked. Probably will not go back to this location.

I had not had Krystal 's in years. All of the locations near my hometown have long ago closed.
The food was fresh and hot, delicious, just as I remember it.

The young man who took my order was pleasant and mannerable... his momma would be proud.
