Drive through staff is extremely rude! Waited 25 minutes for food! I won’t be back to that location!
Waited for 15 minutes to have our ordered taken and wasn’t even acknowledged. There was only one car in front of us. Terrible customer service. We will never go back to this location. Ended up going to Burger King and they had excellent customer service and actually took our order
Absolutely the worst. Used Uber Eats for delivery. After an hour and after driver was there waiting, the order was just canceled. I had people waiting on food and had to quickly adjust to find something to eat.
Never again. If unable to staff and fill orders, might I suggest removing restaurant from delivery service. You messed up my family's afternoon and an innocent Uber driver, who waited and did not get the delivery fee or the tip. Horrible service. Wish I had read your...read full review
