Pulled up as the single person in the drive thru sit there for 5 or so minutes with no response or acknowledgement that I am there. Move up to the window and there’s NOT A SINGLE PERSON IN SIGHT of the window. No one in the lobby at the grill or anything. Lobby door is open. What appears to be a black and white ford focus and a silver suv parked up front but no one home. Hard to do business with no employees on site. This is not the first time with a bad experience from this location. Typical wait after paying is 30 mins plus attitude. Typically will drive the additional 15-20 minutes to blanding blvd just to avoid this place. Will continue to do so.

The people here are patient and helpful. The girl at the counter was very friendly and very patient. The food is always great. If you do not like Krystal's I will fight you! They are the perfect drunk food. Half a bottle of whiskey, football and Krystal's is pretty much how I imagine heaven to be. The only issue is every time I have been to this store the tables are dirty.

Service sucked. Stayed in drive thru for at least 25 minutes with only 1 person in front of us. The employees acted like they didn't care about us customers. I was craving Krystal burgers too and ended up leaving without them.

Horrible service! It's 8:30 on a Saturday night. They won't answer the drive thru or the door. Not the first time this happened. What a dump! Went back on 9/13/25. The food was on point. The guys wanted the food to be good.They were attentive and engaging. And this was at 1:30 am. A total 180 from the last time I was here. Nice!

I have been buying these burgers for many years since the were 15 cents. They taste good and I am a frequent customer. The price is much higher now and the service is slow at the drive-thru. The fries are wanting.
There were ants on the bag, some on/in the Krystal’s. I was disgusted. I made sure they weren’t in my car initially, bc it is summer time. But I knew there was no way ants could get into my food in less than 5 minutes car ride home since the paper bags were stapled and inside a plastic bag.

This absolutely is one of the worst Krystal’s on the planet. On July 10, 2025 evening shift was atrocious, this group, manager included all need to be fired. Whoever this owner is, I feel sorry for your business..After 45 minutes stuck in a drive thru with only 4 cars in line, and a complete lack of customer service skills by the staff, this had to be one of the worst experiences of my 59 years. Just for one thing, on top of multiples…”I ordered your basic #1 combo with a Coke zero, no onions, no cheese.” What did I receive…as I waiting an additional 10 minutes at the window…”4 soggy Krystal’s with extra onions and cheese, cold fries and a regular coke.” The cashier opened the window, music blasting inside and all 3 employees laughing and not communicating at all with customers. I asked a question about napkins, window slammed shut. Unbelievable. Earlier, I could see the frustration on all of the orders in front me, and noticed at least five people driving out of the line after the extended waiting period. If I could have gotten out of this line I would have, but I was stuck in the nightmare. I probably will never eat at another Krystal’s again the rest of my life. As a business owner, I feel sorry for this poor guy that owns this broken establishment. Hopefully, he gets to read this one day, but I doubt it very seriously. I don’t see this owner taking time reading a Google review, when he does not pay any attention to his business.

Worst Crystal's experience ever... I just don't understand... I ordered my food at 11: 12pm online at that... So it would be ready when I get here... It's currently 11:30 p.m.... And I'm still sitting here in front of the store because that's where they told me to go waiting for my food that I ordered almost a half an hour ago online so it would be ready.... I called the store while I was sitting in the drive-thru line because there was four cars in front of me and it was already past the time that my food was supposed to be ready. A gentleman answered the phone and told me they had a lot go down here tonight and they haven't even started my order yet.... I pull up to the speaker box and I'm asked to pull up in the front of the restaurant and park so they can bring my food out to me... And I just sit here and wait.... Because the lobby is locked so I can't go inside.... They still have multiple cars in the drive-thru. Same cars that were in front of me have not moved yet.... I asked the girl at the speaker box if it was really even going to happen. Were they going to bring my food to me?... Her response was whatchu mean?? It's just really disheartening especially because of what you guys charge for the food and what the quality it is and then you have to go through this just to even get it...
