These were the worst Krystal burgers I've ever had my son said to me do I have to eat these they're disgusting (hard and cold) I told him No they are disgusting. I have been a fan of Krystals for decades but now the price is double and the food is worse than ever!

Place just seems really run down, we had to wait 15 min for our burgers even though we were the only customers in the place, staff looked like they had done a lot of hard drugs. Took my partner there because he has never had Krystals before, lol.

Went to get food last night the lady had on these gloves full of nasty mustard!!! She proceeded to take my order open the window using her hands. Take the money and then tried to fix my food while handeling my food with the same gloves, so unsanitary . Then another lady come from the back looking like a drug junky!!! My refund has yet to be placed back on my card!!!! That was $37

We ordered the 24 Krystals combo at the drive-through. The lady taking our order was very nice and professional. We got to the window and you could see everyone inside working as a team to prepare the food. Two different ladies gave us bags, they worked well together getting everything done quickly and were both very nice. The food was good and hot.

We went thru the drive thru on our way home from the emergency room and it was late and there were only two people working but the lady at the window and taking orders was so nice. Our order was fresh and everything was correct. That’s hard to come by these days when dealing with fast food but I really appreciated her positive attitude.
