Emanuel was incredibly kind an helpful tonight. I only had a $100 bill on me, and he was kind enough to let me go and break my bill at a grocery store down the street while they prepared my order. This is the kind of customer service that generates return customers, and I will definitely be back to this location!

Huge shout out to the single guy running the show tonight (10/26/24 around 7pm) We had placed a large online order not realizing the situation and he brought out some of the best fresh food we've had from krystals. 100% worth the wait.

So this is the fourth Krystal I have eaten at in Jacksonville. It is also the only one I will eat at in Jacksonville from now on. The food was fresh, presentable and really good. This is the first one I've visited since moving here, that I felt like the people working there actually cared at all. I bumped the atmosphere down because the floor was sticky by the register.
