I have tried several "Authentic" Mexican places in Jacksonville and have left disappointed until My husband and I tried here. The food has been amazing everytime. We try to get something different everytime, and everytime is was amazing. The staff is always nice, we get great service. I would highly recommend.

Their quality and accuracy has dropped off a cliff. Last two times I ordered takeout have been major disappointments. What should have been shredded chicken was not Gross rubbery chunks. Hard pass. Gave them another chance and ordered a steak dish and was given grey ground beef. I'm done with this place.

Real hit and miss and unfortunately more miss than any other restaurant I have been too. There is one waitress, young woman with braces, that makes us feel like we are the biggest inconvenience and you can barely get her attention if you need something. I hope it gets better for other but I will not be back

Specialty tacos were really good. The other food my family ordered was underwhelming. Refried beans were grey in color and the cheese they used tasted like Velveeta in the enchiladas.Nice staff, I’d go back but stick to the specialty tacos.

I was hesitant on visiting to eat this place after visiting the one on Kingsley in Orange park a couple of years back. If you have a bad experience at another location, please don't let that hold you back from coming here!I had a doctor's appointment and I'm always in the mood for Mexican. After reading the reviews I had to try it. I am so glad we did!Angelic was our waitress! What a doll! A+ in every way! Friendly, accomadating and great service!Everyone in the place was extremely friendly, welcoming, and the service was A+. Even the gentleman that brought us our plates was extremely friendly and accomadating, and the manager followed him, making sure we didn't need anything. The restaurant is extremely clean, great atmosphere and for me and hubby, this is the best Mexican food in Jacksonville, or anywhere near!We can't wait to come back!Thank you all for the wonderful experience and the delicious food!

Looking for Hispanic food and came across this place. Oddly configured building. Back of place faces main road with heavily tinted windows. Place was spacious with large rustic dining area and small bar. Our server was extremely nice but lacked professionalism. We were served chips and salsa within minutes of being seated. The chips were thick and the salsa homemade with just a little to much cilantro for my taste. We ordered the beef nachos supremo for an appetizer. It was a mess in no time. The ground beef mixed with beans and sour cream turned it into soup. We used the rest of our initial chips to eat nachos. Ordered the fajita burrito while another the combo enchilada plate. Service took a nosedive after order was placed. He spent most of our time seated at table near entrance rolling silverware or on his phone. It wasn't until we were nearly finished that he checked on us. Back to main course - the burrito was covered in white cheese. The well seasoned filling was good but pieces of steak were chewy. The enchiladas were tasty with the chicken being the best of the four. Would definitely give it another go and adjust order accordingly.
