Larry's made the mistake of shrinking the size of their sandwiches by trying to be sneaky and decreasing the width of their bread, as if we would not notice. They didn't want to follow Firehouse in just raising the prices dramatically, which most customers would prefer over shrinkflation. Sad, because they were our go-to for subs, especially with the military discount. They will probably try to deny it, but we were regulars for years and know the difference.
