Slowest of service ever I came because I drive city bus wait 20 min still no food had to turn around and get a refund after the cook in the back tlking bout 30sec like they need to do better an clean there lobby an bathroom up. To much talking in the back the young lady in front that refound me was nice
The service is generally fine. Food is sub-par compared to other Chick-fil-A's. Fries are never the same. Either they're way too salty, too squishy, or some other way to mess up a potato. If you go during peak times, expect a long wait (20-30 minutes). They also always seem to run out of stuff whether it be icecream or certain drinks. All in all, its just okay. Nothing special, but it gets the job done.
Tall guy named Nahum needs to be fired. I was waiting for my food, and this guy was standing around not working and telling the other employees to do the work for him. Kinda pathetic when they're always super busy

Chick-fil-A on campus serves great food. The service is excellent and the staff are always kind and helpful, with team members like Jordan being a very helpful asset. A lot of times it takes a long time to get your order, especially when it gets quite packed. The dining area can be unkempt and sometimes they don’t have any napkins. It’s one of the only options on campus, making it a convenient choice, but be prepared for a wait.
