Ruz Bukhari - Halal Cuisine

I had a great experience at Ruz Bukhari Restaurant and enjoyed their buffet yesterday. The variety of dishes was excellent, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and clearly real, authentic Afghan cuisine. The food truly reflects traditional Afghan taste and quality.

Plenty of parking and rapid service with a buffet of reasonable quality. Not really a fancy place and average cost. Good food.

I don't usually tip full 20% on a buffet. But because of how beautiful the food is and I like the flavors I decided to do so after eating eating here a couple times...

I also think the owners are very friendly. I like the mellow music not harsh crazy dance or club music. I like to relax when eating good food.

A few wishes...

1. Regular plates

2. Actual tea cups because I don't like drinking out of Styrofoam

3. Less grease on the cooked in hot bar egg plant dish

4. More grill charkle flavor on the kabob.

5. More fresh bread.

Other than that they welcome you here and the dishes are well made with flavor...

After picking up orders to buying my own first dish disappointed in service and food portioning I would like refund now no answer when called after 10 minutes of picking up my food.

I wanted to try Afghan food and I decided to stop by Ruz Bukhari and I was not disappointed at all. They had the all you can eat buffet which was perfect, which allowed me to sample just about everything on the menu.

Overall, the food was outstanding and very delicious especially the rice. The server brought me hot pita bread to dip in my hummus which was excellent. Everything I tried was amazing with a lot of flavor.

If you want to experience a different cuisine in your own backyard, I highly recommend this restaurant because the food was delicious, service was excellent, and prices are just right.

Great place with amazing halal food flavors. Everything we ordered was fresh and flavorful. Chicken Shuwaya and Mantu were so fresh and flavorful. I was visiting from Virginia with my family and everyone loved the food and taste.
