Within the context of a Little Caesars, this is a 5 star location. A year or two ago I had some issues, but not enough for me to stay away. And thankfully they have improved. I have ordered maybe 8 times since then -- each being a positive experience.

Five Stars goes to the staff on shift today. Stupidly we ordered a pizza for pickup at 4, forgetting it was the jags/chiefs kickoff time ? Full line of cars wrapped around the whole building and completely full lobby of rather rude, impatient jerks who've clearly never worked a service job a day in their lives. Clearly they were understaffed as hell, but they made it work. Great job not losing it on the irate man in front of me in line, don't worry I wanted to punch...

It's really a good place but they always seemed to be understaffed and take forever to get your order out if you go through the line so next time I'll probably order in line but the wait isn't the worst other than that it's pretty good!
