Every since the one Spanish guy aka Sammy my cousin worked there in the owner donot like black people notice he fired all the kids and even his general manager of 3 year for no reason to make room for his son my cousin said the back walls is dirty to the point the failed many inspections the roof dirty with mold in so are tbh food has went down the atmosphere is down if you looking for cardboard boxes in rude people this is the place to be notice how the owner on here only reply to good comments but everyone complaining about him in his staff he act he doesn’t see that my cousin said the main reason he left the store was dirty in the owner try to make him take accountability to clean when it was like that for years now like the owner has no accountability for his own store my cousin he felt like the owner was mad he didn’t come in paint those dirty walls or fix the mold on the ceiling in the back while only getting paid 11 dollars

Things are worse since the older Spanish guy took over. The atmosphere is a collective of him complaining about the lack of staffing, them negativity commenting about him when he ducks in the back to loudly correct existing personnel and him continuously directing and correcting customers in the front. Food availability and quality has decreased as well. Perhaps another location or different business would be better?

Pre-ordered 6 pizzas and breadsticks for pickup 530pm. When my husband got home, the cheese & pepperoni pizzas were hard as concrete, and barely any cheese was burned. Terrible pizzas tonight. Really sad. Won’t return. Would be nice to have credit because our dinner for guests was inedible. (I have pictures but can’t see where to attach)

Vic. B took care of me. I was picking up a fresh and ready pizza and he asked me if I wanted a fresh one. He made sure my pizza was fresh and to my liking. Very personable and greeted everyone when they came inside. Just all around great service. Very satisfied with my experience!

Yes this is the best LiL Ceasars in Jacksonville. Morris at the University West location is Awesome. He is always Professional and the food is always hot and so so delicious. Thanks to Morris, Definitely deserve a raise.

This location is a disappointment to the Little Caesars franchise. We just moved local and have never experienced such an inefficient and unprofessional business that calls themselves Little Caesars. They never have pizza or online orders ready to go, the staff are frankly rude and careless, and the method of pizza making is sloppy and tasteless. Train your staff, tighten your ship, or sell out.

They called to let us there was no cheese sauce which was fine but after picking up the pizza we were really disappointed. Both pizzas were well over done with hard to eat crusts, and our breadsticks were very poorly made. I would have went back in for a refund but I was short on time.

I ordered of Uber eats a slices n stix and I got a whole pepperoni pizza stale like it been sitting in the store for 8 whole hours it not hot or nothing count yall

An order was made Friday, tried to change it to no mushrooms and the person there, not only did he not listen to the concern but also seemed like he did not want to give me my $$$ back when I said I'm canceling the food order either. Rude as hell, he told me I'd have to dispute that with my bank. Really? Sooo he either didn't want to void the transaction and give me my refund, or there's some jacked up policy on voids, and I hope there's consequences for this. God, I hope there will be!! This location has been known for garbage customer service for a hot min now, and frankly if ppl like dude and other ppl that work there wanna act like they don't want to and do their jobs right, shut the mf down...I said it!! See how long that'll last with the high cost of living down here....dude with the jacked up azz attitude will have a whole other reason to be that way if he's with the suitcase-on-wheels club ?
