Yes this is the best LiL Ceasars in Jacksonville. Morris at the University West location is Awesome. He is always Professional and the food is always hot and so so delicious. Thanks to Morris, Definitely deserve a raise.
I waited for my online order for 20 minutes and there was nobody there, finally a guy came out of the rest room and they had not even cooked my pizza yet. Manager was outside throwing a ball
