Little Caesars Pizza

I visited this location today (a few mins ago) and placed an order for a pizza. The total seemed higher than expected, but I proceeded with payment. After the cashier ran my card, I requested a receipt. She then informed me that their system was down and that no payment was showing on her end.
I immediately checked my bank account and confirmed that the transaction had processed. I attempted to show the cashier the confirmation on my end, but she stated there was nothing she could do and contacted someone to report that “the system did that thing again.” When I asked if my pizza would still be made, she informed me that it could not be prepared because payment did not appear in their system.
I then asked to speak with a manager. She contacted the General Manager and handed me the phone. The GM told me that I would receive a refund in 5–7 business days but would not receive my pizza because their system did not show payment. I explained that since the charge had already gone through on my end, I should either receive my pizza or an immediate resolution. The GM insisted she could not provide either.
This situation was handled extremely poorly, and the lack of accountability and customer service was unacceptable. Due to the confusion, I unintentionally left with their wireless business phone.
I will be contacting corporate and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, as this experience was both unprofessional and highly inconvenient.

I did not get everything that I ordered and paid for. The receipt lists everything so I struggle to comprehend how they cannot fulfill the order correctly. This is the second time in a row that they failed to provide the entire order. I ordered delivery so I was unable to go back to get the rest of my I ordered.

It's a crappy place to go but little Caesars Pizza with the Italian sausage and bacon is awesome but not at this location... Go to the one on Normandy Blvd... It's much better all around especially taste wise!!!

People were friendly but seems ordering the Philly cheese steak cups is a waste. I got plain cheese which is kind of disappointing. Staff though was A+ food disappointing considering they are supposed to be filled with meat.

Never had a bad experience at the Lil Caesars in my hometown Middleburg Florida. Always a very pleasant experience and staff are always very friendly. Great food, great staff, great deals and or prices.

Lots and lots of roaches

Very bad service and they told me if I use a 50 dollar bill I would have to spend 45 of it to get change I would not recommend this location

the family meal deal is fire 🔥 it’s ALWAYS fresh every single time. the ladies on friday night took such good care of me so so kind and made the whole visit a vibe. big shoutout to them for the love and great service 🙌

Everytime we come here it’s always lil kids running the place! The wait times are crazy! And to hear cussing arguing and flirting all at the window! Shame on management. This has been brought up before and nothing has been done. When I have children in the car I don’t want them exposed to that.

Excellent Service at Little Caesars – Wilson Blvd Location

I had a great experience at the Little Caesars on Wilson Boulevard. Amir took my order and provided exceptional customer service—professional, friendly, and patient. You could tell he genuinely cares about the customer experience.

The great service wasn’t just from Amir—throughout the whole store, everyone was polite, attentive, and worked together to make sure customers were taken care of.

I’ll definitely be coming back. They’ve earned my business and my respect. Keep up the amazing work, y’all!

Worst Little Ceasers order EVER.
Only received 2 of the 3 items I ordered, and food was ICE COLD.
They REALLY couldn't have done a worse job.
Do yourself a favor.
Buy from a different Little Ceasers.

Every time I come to the store on Wilson there is a wait usually 20minutes or so today it has taken about 45 minutes to get two pizzas . This is ridiculous and it’s only getting worse. Management needs to be spoken to about this situation before you end up losing customers. Very disappointed already paid or I would have left. I would have given a zero if it would have been an option.
