This Longhorn is not to the standard of the brand. Have been to multiple locations prior and have never been let down. The service from staff was excellent but the food was subpar. The serving sizes were smaller than usual, at least from past experiences. The mac & cheese was under sauced and dry, the cheesy mushroom appetizer had mini sized mushrooms, and seem to be less than usual, the salmon was slightly burned, the coke that was served, had a film of grease on the surface, and the fries that came as a serving side was something befitting for a kids meal. Nonetheless, this was not a great eating experience compared to all other visits to past locations.

Eh. That's ask I can say is eh. For the price it should be MUCH better. The steaks were dry. The ambiance was trying real hard to be this upscale steakhouse. Customers just want a place to bring their family and enjoy a nice meal. The rest is all filling. And the filling don't last long.

Utensils were dirty. Bread plate was dirty. Server seemed interested in our table. One steak was wonderful, one steak was extremely tough. Appetizer came out after the food was served.

Our waitress Abby was amazing and did a good job. The food was all wrong gave us the wrong meat. When the shift manager,Chase, came to the table he was so rude and argued with us, he even raised his voice. It was the worst experience I ever had and I will not be going there again after all the bad service. Chase needs to be let go and learn how to be a manager.

Went for early Sunday afternoon food. Walked in and was greeted by a waiter leaning over the hostess stand, who left us standing there because he 'couldn't help us'. Fair, he's probably not used to that part of FOH. We find a seat at the bar and the lady behind it is a beast in the best way. She handled all the customers efficiently and effectively. Food came out, my baby back ribs were awesome, but my boyfriend's NY Strip was overcooked (med well instead of med rare). As we were leaving, about 4:15, the same waiter from the beginning leaned over the front of the bar, taking up a customer seat, and counted his tips. Just seems a bit improper, should be done BOH.

Those pork chops! The best I've ever had. The place was nice, the waitress on point, the drinks weren't watered down and we had a great time. My only complaint is that I spent nearly $6.00 on an ear of corn that the photo depicted as MAGNIFICENT and TASTY but came out as a total letdown. I admit that I am a marketers dream, I am who Madison Avenue Ad Exec's wish everyone spent money like. But even the world's biggest skeptic - my husband - was taken in by this "cornography". So not worth the money or the empty calories. But everything else was perfection.
Take out was a disaster. Food was burnt and nasty no seasoning at all no flavor spent almost $100 cause i was craving steak and i regret it. What a mess. I literally got food poisoning from eating the food

Great food, great service. Bit rowdy. Definitely a popular and busy establishment
Unfortunately our food was not as good in previous visits. Service was OK. Atmosphere was nice. We were looking forward to dining there, but it just was not up to par. Comparing to Outback, we preferred Outback better. Hoping this might just be a one off situation.

We didn't get our drinks for 20 minutes. Salad was 30 minutes after ordering. The food took 45 minutes to get and the place was emptying out. Won't go back there again.
