A gem for sure. I tried this place about 4 months ago. Fell in love with the Mozarella Lubi all the way as my first one was mind blowing. I’ve been chasing that high for months unfortunately, lol. They are quite hit and miss. The first few times I went, the Lubi’s were perfect, so I thought they were not hit and miss. I love the Mozarella Lubi!
They have made significant improvements to this location. And I'm so glad they are still in business after 55 years!! It's a unique, locally-owned, fast-casual restaurant that's been around since 1969. Place your order at the counter and sit to eat.

The chairs and tables need an upgrade, but the decor is much better.

But I will be back for the Lubi's Subs as a loyal fan!!

I grew up eating Lubi’s subs. It was our go-to meal for lunch when I was going to Wolfson High School. Sadly, the university location is no longer there. But thank God for this beach location! Good ole chili sub with a cherry limeade!! Lubi’s recipes are still amazing 20 years later! Love love love this place!!
