Twice in a row now we have ordered an XL Pepperoni Magnifico with extra cheese only to be cheated out of the extra cheese. The last time I was thinking, ok, it's probably just a fluke. Picked one up today, and it's the exact same thing. This was a carry out, and by the time I got it home and realized, it's too far and gas too expensive to make 2 trips to the store to return it. while we really like the food and usually very quick delivery
I do have a issue with the fact that I have been living at my new address for 2 years and the ordering website has still not been updated to allow you to order for delivery, to my address. they are possibly losing out on 400 customers just in my subdivision alone, because it says that they don't deliver here

This was ultimately slow service and terrible service...
The food is great. However, service was horrible. I called to order my food at 6:22pm Saturday, 12/26/20. My sister in law ordered her pizza while on the same phone call. We were told it would be 20 minutes. We headed that way, as we aren't in the delivery area. When we arrived, I was asked for my name. I told them I gave a phone number, not a name.
