This past weekend was the third time I've received a cold pizza because Marco's uses Door Dash for their deliveries and Door Dash loves to deliver to multiple homes before getting to mine. Guess I wont be ordering Marco's anymore, its a shame because I really like their pizza, especially when its hot. :(
Please stop using door dash, theyre ruining your reputation.

I enjoy the pizzas here. Always delicious. But one thing you guys can never get right is cutting a thin crust in triangles. I check the box for triangles cut every time and it comes cut in squares. Please please cut the pizza the way I order it and not how you think it should be. Great pizzas, made well, great delivery, but can't cut pizza as ordered. It's weird.

We order pizza from Marco’s every Friday night and there’s reasons why we keep coming back!!! Our pizza is always fresh and ready for pickup within 20 minutes of ordering. One of the employees named Katie is the BEST! She greets me by name with a smile every time and hands me my pizza when I’m just steps in the door. Prices aren’t bad, crust is the best around and toppings are fresh. We love Marcos!!

Had a great experience at Marcos pizza! I was fortunate enough to take advantage of their 50% off all pizzas full moon deal! Every month during the full moon you can get 50% off all pizzas. I always order a pepperoni pizza, the pepperoni is always crisp and tastes great! I love the crust which can have garlic butter or Parmesan or Roma Parmesan toppings and the pizza is always served hot and fast with a smile, if you are in the mood for great pizza I definitely recommend Marcos pizza 🍕🍕🍕
They completely disregarded delivery time without a phone call or anything. Ordered pizza for lunch function and they didn’t think to call to let me know that would be 30 minutes behind scheduled delivery time. Also, went into the store and tried to talk to somebody 15 minutes before they opened and they told me they were not open yet, and then he completely ignored me. I stood there for 10 minutes trying to talk to somebody and they didn’t even care that I had a quick question because I walked in 15 minutes before “open”. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not expecting A+ customer service from a place like Marco’s, but common courtesy is another thing. Also, this was the third time in a row that they were over 20 minutes late on delivery time. I schedule these deliveries for work functions and they have never gotten close to scheduled delivery time once.

Their pizzas are very good. It’s just a shame that they took away the margarita pizza because we loved that pizza and now we do not order from here because we’re so addicted to that pizza. It’s a shame they don’t bring it back.

I had to wait an hour beyond my estimated time for my pizza, and to make matters worse, a woman—who I assume is the manager—was extremely unpleasant. For about 10 minutes, all I could hear was her shouting and cursing at the other employees. It was unprofessional and completely inappropriate. I'm honestly shocked that this establishment still retains staffed if this is how they're treated.
