I am always very satisfied with the service and food I receive at the drive thru windows. The service is always great!! I am hooked on their menu. I go there every other day to much satisfaction.

I was going in every morning getting a coffee and a steak bagel an I came in one morning and got the same thing the coffee was cold an I ask could I get some fresh coffee and I was told it was fresh if I wanted a new coffee I would have to purchase it an on that same morning I get my steak bagel an the meat wasn't even covering half the bagel I asked about fixing it an I was told that there wasn't nothing wrong with it I'm sorry but for a 9 dollar bagel I should get what I pay for

Ooh goodness, they told me it was going to be 9 minutes to cook the order to be fresh , which I didn't mind. I patiently waited 9 minutes and turned into 30 minutes . So I went and asked for my refund. The girl with the ring in her tried to argue me down that it was going to be 9 minutes. I told her but it's been 30 minutes. She kept repeating it's going to be 9 minutes I kept telling her it's been 30 plus minutes now. She said it's not ready it's going to be 9 minutes. But finally, she caught on to what I said. Awful

Always something goes wrong here...latest experience: ordered large fries and received a half filled order of fries(after a LONG wait because they said they had only one working deep fryer). When I asked them to fill it up properly, they took FOREVER to do it, but were handing out orders of fries to other customers. I mean, I get it... if you only have one working deep fryer, it's going to take longer to get fries. But you don't give people half an order that they paid full price for and then make them wait while you give other people fries. It was so ridiculous...and it was just the latest of many such experiences at this location. It's very frustrating because it's near mom's house, so it's very convenient, but SO annoying.

Employees are rude, and do not know how to give customer’s their correct orders. When confronted with the mistake and reciept employee still refused to acknowledge mistake and fix item. I was told the original person who drove all the way there the first time would have to come back and exchange it made no sense at all when the receipt was in hand.

Walk in Thanksgiving morning at 11:57 to get some breakfast, no one acknowledged me a gay boy with old briads walked out to give a customer thier food and when the boy said we’re closed and lock the doors, the manager with a blue shirt, a stringy baby inch bowl cut with glasses yelled “we closed” I tried to reason with her since she was at work and we got in before the closed she continued to ignored me, yall just need to throw the whole store away

A nice McDonald's, the service was fast and I asked for it to eat at the place and they gave it to me, plus the girl brought it to the table for me. It may be my favorite branch, except that there was no iced tea and near a table there was some garbage but it was already very late so it is understandable.
