I am disappointed severely only reason I'm doing 3 stars is the fact we got our good the wait for the drive through was alright but my fries got all 3 meals are ice cold I asked for no onion on my burger and still got onions my part er wanted ranch for her nuggets and didn't get any dipping sauce not even a ketchup packet I also ordered the Grinch meal and was expecting to get socks with it like advertised but when I got home and opened my food there wasn't any socks if I wanted a regular big Mac meal I would have ordered it.

The food was good and the people at the window /person who delivered the food to my car were very polite. the only issue was I wound up with a single cheese burger when I ordered a mcdouble meal deal. All in all decent experience.

The MEDIUM fry that came with my meal was literally a small fry in a medium container. Regardless of where you work, can we go back to when people cared about their job and do more than the low bare minimum you do? It wasnt even busy, you had time to do this right.

All the young kids they had working today! Was not professional and then the young lady was like the white people always looking at us crazy!!! No ma’am I just need help on the front counter…. It’s 5 of y’all huddled together… people standing on the front counter … not cool…
There are no outlets in the dining room. I was hoping to use the wifi and grab a bite to eat while I study but there are no outlets for my to plug in my laptop.

They really need to bring in the kindergarten employees that can count to 4 they can't seem to get past 3 every time we come here now. The Mcdouble meal comes with 4 nuggets not 3. Please hire some kindergarteners because this is very sad!!! the Duval public education system obviously doesn't teach past the count of 3. Or bring in the Tesla Bots, PLEASE!!!!
