Had an awful experience - went through the drive thru, and they got the order wrong, so I got it corrected... the lady took my receipt and didn't give it back.. well, I thought we had everything because the bag was packed!!! But, we got home - *note* the blanding traffic to get home was rough -- got home to 2 kids upset their food was missing- I drive back to the McDonald's to get the rest and they are short staffed and people have been waiting 20 mins or so apparently...

Great service, food was perfect portions, taste, temperature.. Great Service gentlemen brought our food to the table even though I did mobile order he ask dinning in and put our food in a tray. Keep up the great work. #1

The McDonald’s near Collins Road the manager very disrespectful very disrespectful. They gave me the wrong order. I came to replace it and they still gave me the wrong order and she still had an attitude and slam the window in my face, but it’s OK. I will never go to this McDonald’s again and I need to hire people that really Knows how to take care of customers because this manager light skin with a little bun in the back of her head. She was very disrespectful apologize...
