Wouldn't go past 8 , we had too wait 30 min in the drive thru after placing a mobile ordered and only had 2 combos and a happy meal, luckily we wasn't skin and bones when we got are meal ,I swear when I look back my daughter was trying too eat her car seat

If I could give negative Stars I would. It's obvious the staff is being mismanaged buy a lackluster manager who only wants to do half the job. Not to mention every time I visit this location the lobby is closed early not 10 minutes not 30 minutes... Hours. It seems to be anytime after 6:00 or 7:00 they just closed the lobby. Must be nice to do whatever you want. And I'm sure corporate would love to hear about it. But I begin to wonder if even they would care since they have store managers that don't care as well as district managers that don't care. As long as y'all get money right

it was not good. spent between 20-25 min in drive thru. Once I left grabbed my bag looking for napkins to wipe my drink and there were none. Looked in my bag for salt pepper ketchup nothing no condiments. I understand no salt pepper or ketchup but no napkins that just wrong.

Never in my life have I had a issue substituting items, person says oh anything promotional it won’t lets us substitute that’s a lie I have worked for McDonald’s before you can make any adjustment needed. Care more about the customer

Had to come back becaus I was missing 2 mc doubles. Went back and the manager wanted to argue that he packed the bag. I told him yes he did and didn't put in 2 mcdoubles that were paid for for my grandkids. Finally he said he would give them to me. Really, I paid for them he gave me nothing. They are slow... I will never go back to this McDonald's again!!!

Stood in line to place an order and had no one come to the register. Why is there no cashier?? Why is the cashier working online orders??? I understand using cashier for online orders when it’s not busy up front , but when you have someone waiting to place an order, you need to have a cashier! Left without placing an order 😡
