McDonald's at the corner of Monument and McCormick has the employee of month and his name is Zion. Great personality and a positive attitude. He makes me want to eat at that McDonald's everyday!

The people inside the store were very rude. They were not helpful and it took them 37 minutes to get me one quarter pounder and one big Mac.

This place allows you to place counter pick up after 9 thru the app and the hours on door say dining room is open till 10 every night, twice now just after 9 have placed counter pick ups only for door to be locked and manager yelling thru the door for us to go in the long slow drive thru to get our order, that end up being cold because it was sitting waiting us to get thru drive thru line

Sat stuck in the drive thru for 30 minutes.. the excuse was they were severely short staffed.. and they had stopped taking(paused) the door dash/GrubHub orders because they couldn't catch up.. the food was beyond cold AND not what we ordered.. the girl at the back drive thru couldn't count the change(gave us too much back) and when we went in to get it corrected the"manager" also couldn't count(tried to break out her iphone 25) so I went remedial math in her and counted real loud for her on my fingers so she could see how to count money back.. just crazy.. after all that they gave us too much food(we didn't ask for all that JUST the 2 Lil burgers we ordered as we don't eat that much) and 2 big drinks which I ended up giving away to ppl in the lobby(which was also piled up btw) because why waste food I already had the small drink I ordered in the car.. if you can avoid it just go to a different one... I don't care if you're only ordering an ice cream cone it's going to take a billion years.. just go to Wawa's across the street or drive up the road to the next McDonald's(just NOT the DCC Lee one on Atlantic Blvd they're just as bad??)

Very friendly, but they always get my orders wrong and never provide my condiments. Why ask if you're not going to put them in the bag. I pull over and then have to get back in line or go inside ?

This was the second time I used mobile ordering here at this store, First time was good at this store . Then I used it little bit ago, ordered at 455pm then walked in to McDonalds at 505 and was waiting at counter for someone to come up just so I can see if they have my order. But no one came to counter by 515 so I flagged a worker in back and asked about order they said we're working on it. They brought my food 20 minutes after I ordered at counter but no drinks. As I'm waiting for my two drinks I looked in back and they were just laying back there on back counter. Finally I asked about drink when the other customer that just got there had there order complete. They finally gave me my drinks. And got in car and sandwich didn't have the extra add one and paid for extra add one to sandwich. But wasn't on there. This McDonald's is so disowned organized and cannot read.
I am sitting in the line now. This may be the longest wait I have ever endured for only 3 cheeseburgers. Going on 40 minutes. I could have left a long time ago, but at this point, I'm so vested in seeing how long this can actually take, I have to see it through. I've seen young children talking on phones. Possibly five cars have been serviced in nearly an hour, and many more have left already. This is chaos. From a business perspective, I don't even know why this place is open right now. It can't possibly be making an actual profit at this rate.-update- just got my food, and this is what I received.

Every time I go here it takes no less than 20mins at the drive thru to get my order. Last time I ordered 2 burgers and it still took that long. Guy at drive thru is listening to customers conversations thru headset.
