I've stopped for breakfast a few times after work, I always ask for it fresh, it has been pretty decent. I recently noticed the charge been a little higher, when I asked why, the cashier went going over my receipt, That's when I found out she rounded it up for a donation without asking. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR RECEIPT
What can i say....its mcdonalds. Not the same McDonalds of your childhood. SMDH
I placed an online order and for some reason they never got it. The first lady was really not trying to help and just kept putting it back on me. This was after waiting for 10 minutes with no one looking to come help (also another problem. THEY IGNORE YOU). She got mad and refused to help me. Even my kids could see she was in a bad mood.

McDonald's at the corner of Monument and McCormick has exceptional staff. The morning crew is genuinely kind and attentive, greeting customers with a smile. The restaurant's dining experience is pleasant, with staff checking on customers and ensuring their needs are met. The ladies are always nice and the restaurant is very clean and has a good atmosphere. Ordering and having food brought to the table makes it feel a little less fast food. Food orders are prepared efficiently, making it worthwhile to dine in or place a takeout order.
