Ordered through app didn’t get what I ordered. They took me for about $20, phone number to the store doesn’t work. App won’t let me refund, guess I just got robbed by McDonald’s. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I went to the drive-thru and the thing that irritates me to no end is for them to ask me to pull forward so that they can give the other people behind me their food. They need to get their game together I'm tired of pulling forward I told them know that I would not but then the young man went and got his manager and she came and asked me to pull forward and I told her the same thing I did not want to and she says well you're holding up the other people and I said well you're holding up me. It happens to me almost every time and every time I pull forward they mess up my order leave something off or whatever I hate it I have pulled forward before and had to wait while they emptied the entire line before I got my food

I really enjoyed my visit to McDonald’s. All of our food was hot. The bathrooms in the store is clean and the manager on duty was it awesome and has a great personality you feel like you at home Kiara. Tyron’s was amazing

Placed an online order, got charged for the order, got a confirmation code to give to the restaurant and pick up my order, but the idiots refuse to give me my food or my money back and tell me they just can't find the order and there's nothing they can do and I just have to wait 7 days or more to get my money back automatically.

No wonder this trash location has 3 stars. Don't bother wasting your time coming here.

McDonald on beach blvd and St John’s bluff . Terrible experience we stop by to eat inside at 9:45 pm on 9/06/2025 . My husband requested to used the bathroom and it was denied. I ask again and I was told by a while lady that we can’t and it is out of order . 5 minutes later 2 employees open the restroom for themselves. I walked up to them to request the restroom and told them it is against the law to have people eating inside with no restroom available. The answer was only if we behaved??? Why because we are Hispanic?? Or what the issue … they were laughing inside the kitchen because denied the used of the bathroom?? Ridiculous and disgusting. I will call corporate and report them with BBB .

This store is struggling to serve customers fully due to the homeless population that is constantly present.
They can't fully open their bathrooms to the public and doors are locked as well as drink machines because of loitering.
This is definitely a safety issue.
Toochie was very kind and observing and help us understand why and how things were being dealt with.
I hope that the community can work together to address this situation because it's detrimental to the business.
The drive thru is the safest route at this restaurant.
However, don't expect any ice cream 🍦😕

I stopped by McDonald’s and, as always, went with the #7 for myself. This time I also ordered the #6 for my son. Both meals were quite delicious, and the coffee was fresh and hot. What I really appreciate is that you can still enjoy a satisfying and even fairly healthy breakfast for under $20 for two people. Consistent, quick, and enjoyable—exactly what you hope for in a morning stop.

I came on 08/22 and I was told the mobile order system was down. I would be refunded in 24hours. When I got home I got a receipt from the order as of I collected my food items. Two days later the money was posted to my account and deducted. I went back to the store and had to wait ONE HOUR for the manager to tell me he cant honor my order. (You should have said that from the beginning not have me wait a hour. ) now theyre telling me I have to wait 3-5 business days for the money to return. (Its posted to my account its not going to RETURN!) I gave my receipt and bank transaction but because he didnt see the order in the system , theres nothing he can do? He can easily replace my order because obviously the worker had an error on her part. They need to get organized and do better. This shouldnt have escalated over two days nor hours.
