I ordered on the app but sat in line over 20 minutes. The line I was in the speaker wasn't working I guess. No sign was up so we had to go around the building to get into the other line.

DO NOT EAT HERE, really disgusting, they took more than 35 minutes to give me 10 pieces of nuggets. The bathrooms are closed even for the customers who are eating inside, the cashier is asleep, 5 people working in the kitchen for nothing.

I went inside because the drive thru was way backed up. I ordered a fish sandwich w/ extra tartar sauce. The guy that took my order came and dropped a bag at the counter. He didn't say a word and walked away. I checked my receipt and the bag was for me. The guy acted like I should have known it was mine and was kinda rude. Employees that have zero people skills shouldn't be dealing with customers. I live between two McDonald's, so I'll just be taking my business to the other store.
The manager for the weekend night shifts is very unaccommodating and was not someone I would ever want to interact with again. We originally asked just if we could just get the happy meal trick or treat bucket (we offered to pay for the meal but they said they can’t sell it after 12 pm). The told us no but if would could “sweet talk” the manager for a plastic bucket then maybe. We tried talking to the manager but before we could say anything he shut us down and handed us our food without even putting napkins if it. Horrible service and the manager should be reprimanded if not demoted.
