Your manager Kurt needs to work on his people skills. I am thankful the car in front of me paid for my food but I was not able to pay the total of the car behind me. When I came to the second window to get my food Kurt loud as day asks if I paid for the car behind me I said no. He then says even though the car in front of you paid for yours. So i sat there embarrassed because now everyone was starring at me. Cant say I was shocked to see a rating of 1.8 stars for this location...read full review

The staff, especially Will, is praised for being extremely kind, generous, and thoughtful with customers, particularly the children. However, during peak hours, the restaurant can become overwhelmed, leading to long wait times in the drive-thru.
