We only do drive through. Food is decent and prepared consistently. The staff is usually pleasent. Not sure about the restrooms, we never go inside. This zaxbys is a regular stop for us.

Based on the reviews, Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings offers the freshest, yummiest, and friendliest service. The food is always hot and tastes great. Some customers experienced issues like undercooked fries and unbuttered toast, but the service is generally fantastic. The staff is extremely helpful, patient, and well-mannered. The manager is always friendly, calls customers by name, and is on top of everything. They are open to conversation regarding safety concerns and address them immediately. The restaurant is clean and creates a great experience, even when busy. Orders that are not made right are promptly fixed. The food is hot, there is plenty of it, and the flavor is so good. It is a great choice for food that tastes good and doesn’t break the bank.
