I don't think they train on customer service. Even the managers are rude. Sometimes you get someone that's pleasant but they don't last long. Food is hit or miss but that's with most fast food restaurants.

I had an issue with my food around a week before this visit. The lady who was taking care of my issue was amazing. I was treated with respect and she was very professional. She cleared up my issue and had me out the door in a very quick manner while doing her job at the cash register and taking care of others at the same time. I wish I would have gotten her name because she was an amazing employee!!

It's a small and decent but a great McDonald's, unlike the other location, which it awful and has nasty employees' attitudes and sometimes long wait times. This McDonald's has the best customer service and a good attitude from the employee. The food that I and my ordered, Big Mac, French fries, and Filet-O-Fish tastes delicious and very fresh.
