I placed my McDonald’s order at 17:59 (receipt attached – Store 1665, Grays). Your app stated 15–20 minutes. Instead, my food was delivered at 19:04 — over 1 hour and 20 minutes later. Completely unacceptable.
My little girl is only FOUR years old, extremely unwell with a viral infection, and hadn’t eaten all day. The ONLY thing she agreed to eat was nuggets. I couldn’t leave the house because she’s sick, so I relied on your service. You failed us massively.
