One of the most inefficient drive thru lines I’ve ever been through. They have 2 lanes but don’t maintain any rhythm or system to the lanes. Ended up waiting 20 minutes in the line, just to pick up food that I’d already ordered and paid for. Negating one of the supposed advantages of using the app.Seems like an easy fix considering there are cameras. Immature staff that clearly lacks any customer service training as demonstrated by a complete disregard for other people’s time.

We waited in line and the 4 cars before us got served and we got to the window and they claimed they had to close to start prepong breakfast, at a 24 hour location. We were the last ones in line and waited over 30 min in line.

The restaurant has undergone a remodel which makes it feel more comfortable than the past. Everything is clean and kiosk actually work. The location attracts a lot of homeless or those begging for money and food so be prepared. The food was the usual McDonald's but the prices are a bit high for the amount received. Service for inside customers is a bit slow because they turn out most business through their drive through and that seems to be the priority. Otherwise the location is a good place for a fast access, order, and egress.

I sat through the drive-through for like five minutes before getting up to place my order and I sat for three or four other minutes and no one took my order. Their prices have increased so much I didn’t even want to wait any longer to order food that I would’ve had to pay too much to eat… So I left.
