The morning women workers today were fine asf
I don’t know if this store just doesn’t care but everytime I order food via drive thru or via delivery it’s always wrong or something missing . They don’t give you sauces that you pay for literally or napkins . I’m just concerned because if it was you . You’d be upset . & it’s only this store - Norwood out doing you and that’s saying a lot . People need to care about people’s food more .
Yeah as I walked in I was greeted very kindly by Funmiike. Please stick my order with hospitality and purpose and then I met Melinda the manager who made sure that my order was perfect and she absolutely created a great environment with harass the manager she does a great job of keeping the team a team and it was really cool to watch the way that they work together and I cannot forget Damauria. McDonald's is a mixed bag. The drive-thru is slow and needs fixing, but the cashiers are friendly and the staff are super friendly. The Big Mac was a bit dry. The restaurant is super clean and has working kiosks after a recent remodel. The food is always hot, fresh, and fast. However, the prices are high for the usual McDonald's food. The service is slow inside because of the focus on the drive-thru. There is a lack of urgency, especially considering its proximity to a hospital. The website promises 24-hour lobby hours, but it's not true.
