came to jax to celebrate a bday and wanted to check out a local dive bar. this is the perfect spot. everyone was so cool and fun. it was karaoke night and we were having a blast. the backyard is really cool as well. they have free plants which is great. good spot for sure
SHANTY TOWN has become a great place to drop in since we moved in just a couple of doors down the street. Great spot to grab a cold beer in the afternoon, or hang out in the "backyard" and visit for awhile. Always some nice folks, and things going on, from Garden Club on Mondays to karaoke and trivia during the week.Great selection of beverages, and tap beers are awesome during happy hour.Thanks, all, for making us feel welcome. Such a great vibe. It was my first time there as part of Porch Fest 2023 on Pearl Street, Jacksonville.Food vendors out front were Amazing and the beer selection and service was top notch.
