Mellow Mushroom Jacksonville - Town Center

Food is good, the only gripe is the inconsistency between my orders. Sometimes my pizzas will have the right amount of toppings, and other times it looks like they were scraping together toppings just to make a pizza. But I'd say like 70% of the time they're good. When they get it right though, that pizza hits hard. The front of house staff is usually nice. Sometimes in a hurry, but that's food industry.

Poor service. My online order was scheduled for pickup at 3:00pm. I arrived right on time, and didn't walk out until 3:20 with food.

We came in as a 7 top and James was our server. He did an excellent job, was attentive, got all of our orders correct despite the few modifications and the pizza came out hot. Thanks James!

Thank you to James!! Me and my family received the best experience we could ever have. James was absolutely very friendly! He was also very fast with bringing our food out! Please someone give James a raise, he deserves it. Thank you again James!

Chill atmosphere, good service, great tasting pizza and calzones, good tap beer selection

I enjoyed my experience at Mellow Mushroom because the servers were amazing at making certain my meal and drinks were satisfying.

Pretty good. (I would say more, but I don't know what)

Of all the locations, Mellow Southside is the BEST! Always welcoming and comfortable with outstanding servers that work hard at making everyone feel like they’re the ONLY FOLKS here. Salad and pizza were both delectable. We love it here! We’ll be back soon…to see our favorite bartenders - Jill and Kenzi! Happy New Year to all our friends at Mellow Southside!
