Miller's Ale House

I have never been to Miller's Ale in Jax. I've went to eat 3x in a week for a good steak, last night I found it st Millers!!! Everyone else enjoyed their food as well! very good service and good food!

This was the oso buco and the protein was amazing but what’s up with the four fork serving of mashed potatoes? The cheapest thing on the plate and literally four forks worth and gone. If we are shrinking portions then shrink the plate so it looks full.

I’ve always loved millers but this location just was not it. Our server/waitress was what made the experience not great. We had Natalie, I wasn’t a fan of her attitude. I was served a very stale sweet tea and politely asked for just a strawberry lemonade, she brought regular lemonade, I wasn’t going to say anything a second time over a drink. Then when we ordered, I ordered a burger with the fries with an extra side of Caesar salad. Did not get the fries. At this point after her attitude and not getting anything right, I just let it be, paid and left. Won’t be coming back tho.

Are waitress was so amazing kind and helpful. It is a rare occasion for a waitress to be so patient and positive now a days. I hope this review finds her well and she gets a compliment from management. It was Friday june 21 around 450pm. Kudos to her.

Had the new vegee Masala Burger. Obviously a frozen microwaved patty that was tasteless and served lukewarm. Had better from Publix frozen food section. Expressed my thoughts to server who did not offer any comp. Classy....

Zinger fries are good, a lot of food and fill you up. Chicken sandwich was good. Sauces are good and they have good flavors.

Saturday 5/18 dinner around 7:00. Mahi sandwich fish portion was embarrassing. I got the impression the cook ran out of fish. Bite sized. I didn’t complain to spare my daughter embarrassment. Portions have always been reasonable in the past. Service was good.

The English Pub style fish & chips are an excellent choice. I had to get a to go box it was a healthy portion. House margarita with a full salted rim also great. Great place for sports fanatics! Our waitress was on top of her game.

My husband and I have been here several times, and for the most part, it's always been good. However, last night we got wings and both got sick at home. The wings tasted delicious, but the aftermath was not pretty. A few months back, I ordered the Cajun chicken pasta and also got sick from that. Same symptoms. So I'm not sure if it's the chicken being used or what.

My wife and I went there for a late lunch on St Patrick’s Day and had a great time. We both had the Chicken and Shrimp and it was amazing. The staff was great and the service was awesome. This place will be on our go to list in the future. Thumbs up and recommend to everyone. Bill &
