The greeter was very rude. I believe she was short with red hair. She worked night. When I asked her to verify my order she said she would. Comes back and never verifies my order, but reassures orders with other customers. She needs to be careful, because that comes off racists.

Although the wings were edible when served due to piping hot. We waited for the wings to cool down. The wings were bland no favor. The other dish we requested did not look like the picture. May have been crammed into smaller plate. However, the flavor left much to be desired. When we tried to get the writer's attention he ignored us long enough to get napkins with forks and knives. A knod or a wink would have been more appropriate, in my opinion. Overall sitting at the bar was tolerable.

This venue has a nice sports bar type-vibe in one section and family style dining throughout the restaurant. The hostess was very welcoming and hospitable. I sat at the bar and my server was Kyle who was very attentive and knowledgeable about a variety of their dishes. He recommended the meatloaf which I had and I thought was very savory. I had a side of mixed vegetables, which included, zucchini and squash, which I thought was a little bland. I alas had and enjoyed the potstickers I heard they have different specials throughout the week and I will definitely come back as I thought the service was great. The ambience was good and for the most part, the food quality for the price is reasonable.

The service was great. The staff was amazing. I ordered the salmon as I had ordered it before and it was great. This particular time my salmon was not cooked thoroughly. I had to send it back, but the staff was amazing. They went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of.

My boyfriend got a steak which was poor quality choice of cuts not chewable. The server Anthony was rude, not personable, not approachable, more interested in associating with the other staff than the patrons.

Good place for a sports bar, but everything else leaves something to be desired. Increase the quality of food and service just a little, and this could be a regular destination for us.
For mandarin location. At 5:30 a 40 minute wait because only 2 servers. Offer better wages? You are missing out on business and you don't seen to care. Went to Bonefish instead.

Very Disappointing first visit To chain. Bartender great. server needs additional training, was unsure of information, and did not advise of additional charges. advised had Zinger coupon, and said would apply at end. when I got the bill, it wasn't applied because there was a Monday special. she should have known that. had to pay 1.99 for loaded potato. First said no potato...and when got it, potato was old and shriveled a bit., with 1.99 added. Ribs were not tender, sauce fair. asked for coleslaw, didn't get it, so had to ask again... new Ken's sauce was excellent, and Zingers were good. did apply military discount. environment nice, large tvs.
