We visited this location on Friday and our experience could not have been worse. It started out okay, but then went downhill quickly. The place was busy enough for a Friday night. My spouse and I ordered 2 sodas and 2 cheeseburgers. Simple right? I guess not. After waiting a significant amount of time, we said something to our waitress, she apologized and said she would check on our food. After another considerable amount of time with no update on our food, we asked for the manager. Our waitress again apologized for the inconvenience and said that she would go grab the manager “Elena” to have her stop by our table. At this point, it’s just a waiting game. 10-15 minutes go by with no results. Our waitress comes back and actually tells us that when she tried to grab the manager, the manager said that “she doesn’t have time to talk to a table”. What????? But our food should be out soon. We did eventually get our food, but the story doesn’t end here. As we were eating, we noticed a person of authority walk up to a table nearby and chat with them. We concluded that this was the manager that was supposed to come talk to us earlier, but never did. After a little bit, the manager walks away from the table and here is the real kicker, we heard the manager mumbling under her breath about “customers being a problem” and how “customers are dumb” okay….wow. Why is this person in charge???? We quickly paid our tab after that and left. Will never return to this establishment until I hear of new management.

Always good times here, might need to wait a little bit when it’s peak hours or with big group, they’re pretty consistent with the quality of food. The Manager usually will sort things out if there’s a problem. My favorite things here are the sweet thai chili wings, fish and chips and fish dip.

Food is great and so are the drinks but the servers are only somewhat motivated. Outside the speakers are so loud that it's making a conversation very exhausting. The inside is better to have conversation but the dark interior isn't too inviting.If you come for food and watching a game with your mates you are at the right place.
