The company I work for caters lunch from here occasionally and it is now a running joke at the office to bet that your order will be missing items or wrong. This is starting to get a little ridiculous as good as the food may be. Whoever is working the ingredients line needs to start caring about their job more...

Went on the BOGO night so I knew it would be busy, but after waiting in line for 30 minutes when I gave the lady our order she turned around started laughing. Afterwards, she said they were out of beans and rice, so we decided to leave at that point. What a waste of time...

Didn't receive sauces I ordered. Lettuce was inside my quesadilla hot and wilted. Child's "cold" milk was stuck inside the bag with the hot food which caused a wet hole in the bag, spilling the food out. Food quality was poor overall.

I spent over $30 here last night on a homewrecker burrito bowl and a quesadilla and the only things in the homewrecker bowl was rice,bean, corn, very little chicken and under cooked veggies and the quesadilla was missing several ingredients as wellThe server was very rude and acted like she didn't know what was on the items and when we asked specifically for certain ingredients she would get snippy and say it's included just to get home and realize none of what we asked for was on our food
The employees here are absolutely terrible! They didn’t even acknowledge me and my roommate when we walked in and there was no one in line. If you can’t have good costumer service don’t work in it :)
DON'T WASTE YOU'RE MONEY HERE. Ordered food for delivery and only gave us a handful of chips per bag. Also bowls ordered weren't even full like photos of food shown.

It’s nice that Moes always gives you a side of chips and salsa. The burritos are big and delicious with a lot of customized flavor. The drive thru is a nice and efficient feature that makes this Moes a go to for an easy meal.
