trash food with horrible and rude service.

We stopped in before our plasma donation and got burritos. My friend paid but I forgot to add a drink. They were so nice and friendly. Customer service was 1000/10. My first time at moes and I was blown away. The food was tasty and I got recommendations from the employees. Glad I listened to them because it was delicious.

Horrible location and won’t be back. Felt bad for the ONE employee who was working because people were coming in for pickup orders and coming inside to eat and he couldn’t keep up. The ingredients all seemed gross, the lettuce was brown and wilted, there were no grilled veggies or corn, my salad was in the wrong bowl and didn’t come with the shell, and the chips tasted like they were fried in rancid oil. Also, it took FOREVER to order.

2 meals for $40 is outrageous. Without drinks Plus the portion size is tiny and the people behind the counter barely give you any meat

Ordered Fajita Family meal. Ready on arrival. Well packaged and easily feeds four to six. Delicious!

Sunday around 3 pm. Dirt, food and drink area definitely needed wiping down. Food was not good like it used to be years ago. So, overpriced for the quality. Won’t be back. We were the only ones there. Another couple walked in a few minutes later. So, definitely time to clean.

We arrived am hour before closing. The pinto beans looked like the Sahara Desert. There was no seasoned rice so we opted for cilantro lime and although it looked good, it was hard and overcooked. As the base of the meal, it ruined our food. The gut from Philly was nice as well as the manager but the food quality just wasn't up to par. The steak had a ton of gummy fat as if it had been picked through all evening. We didn't enjoy the food because it just wasn't edible.

Tonight I went in around 730 and It was 2 guys and 1 girl working the girl made our bowl and I forgot to ask her name but she had a lot of tattoos on her arms she was the best! She was so sweet to I was talking with her while she made my food and she was just so nice and caring I will definitely be back

It is a rare thing that I leave a negative review of anywhere... Wish I didn't have to today. Never been to this location, I usually go to Southside but Southside was closing at 9 so instead of walking in 10 minutes before close, I went to this one an hour before close.

There were 3 younger people working, the line was broken down, beans were hardened, toppings missing and unavailable, and the service was hands down the most terrible service that I have ever received at any Moe's location in a decade's time over several different states.

I prefer Moe's over Chipotle 10 to 1... But my experience here "went so well" that I wish I had driven the extra mile down the road to them.

I had to ask for my receipt and the cherry on top was when I gave the guy working there feedback, he was a bit of an ass about it.

Update 2024: Tried again thinking something may have changed in the past 3 years. Nope. Still the most disappointing Moe's I've ever been inside of. 😂

The two guys on the night crew were really nice, the both were extremely thorough and took the time to make sure my entire order the way I requested. The polite and great attitude of both needs noticed and rewarded. Thanks Guys!

Ordered online then immediately drove there. Food was hot and ready and ole dude gave it to me with a smile. Couldn't ask for a more simple or convenient experience. Oh and the stack slaps

My first time at a Moe's and I am very happy with my visit. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The bowl was full of fresh veggies and tender steak and now I'm full. I got a bowl and used the chips like nachos. Now I'm stuffed but not regretting the impulse to stop here after my Target run.

For years my family and i have been frequently visiting local area Moe's locations, but for some reason this location has had a hard time bouncing back from covid maybe. Ever since they got rid of kids eat free on Sundays, their prices have gone up, their quality of food has gone down and on almost every occasion (which is now once or twice every six months), something is wrong with my order. i have driven all the way home (4+ miles) before i realized I was missing an entre or two, the food was not prepared the way i asked..i.e.. the ingredients were wrong or the salsa wasn't right or the fountain machine was out of the flavor i wanted. Other locations do a fine job. I hate to leave bad reviews for restaurants i typically enjoy eating at, but for some reason this location has struggled for several years now. I hope they are able to turn it around.
