I haven't been to a Mojo's in quite a while. This wasn't what I remembered. Onion rings were overcooked. Service was slow and our waitress was disinterested, to say the least. I prefer the St Augustine location, I think.
Good food ,good service

Would go back & order here a lot if you could pay for extra BBQ sauces via online ordering. Real shame!
My go to BBQ place in Jacksonville. The NC style pulled pork sandwich is to die for. Great service as well. Stormy was an absolute angel. 10/10.

Burnt ends were amazing!!! Mac n cheese not a fan. I’m very picky about Mac n cheese, portion for 3 meat combo was very small not enough for a grown man. Baked beans horrible, mushy super sweet, bbq sauce mediocre. service was Amazing our server was super sweet!!!

Really good food. Really good service. It was kind of cold inside so bring a hoodie. Kids get free ice cream with their mail so my kid was really happy.

mid, cold, dry, and even forgot to bag a $30 plate. no seasonings. cornbread taste like rice and it’s dry as all hell. waste of $60 bucks
This has to be the WORST Mojo’s. Typically either service is bad and food is good or service is good and food is bad but last night they checked all the boxes for me to NEVER return to the University location. All of the pulled chicken sandwiches I ordered were cold, buns burnt. Fried pickles and onion rings cold. Mashed potatoes looked brown (old) extremely oily and too salty. Returned them took 15 minutes to get new sides. We were done eating by the time the bbq beans and Mac cheese came out. Both of those sides are already prepared so not sure why it took so long. Extremely disappointing to wait 30 minutes for food and then the food to come out cold. Servers could not keep up. $116 before tip for cold food.

Pre covid was much better. Menu has changed. Quality is not the same as it once was.
Burnt ends were the best thing on the menu.

Awesome BBQ!
Great quality for the value with phenomenal service.
The food was excellent as usual, but the waitress was terrible. Sat waiting for 20 minutes to place drink order, then another 10 minutes to get our drinks and place our order. When I was done eating, I had to walk my glass back to the back of the restaurant to ask for a refill since we hadn't seen our waitress since placing our order (the kitchen runner brought the food). Then we got our check and were told we'd get refills for the others at the table... Finally, 10 minutes later the refills came. Took well over an hour for lunch which wasn't the norm last time I ate there.
Met at the Lakewood Mojo’s for lunch on a Tuesday, with a group of 7, arrived at 11:30 am. Server was very friendly and welcoming. Lots of tables available and no wait even with us having a group of 7. Pros: delicious food, huge portions, great service, reasonable prices for the amount of food. Cons: only thing that was a negative was the noise level. The ceilings are high and open so noise was extra loud. We had 3 tables put together and it was really like 3 people had lunch together and the other 4 of us had lunch together. Too loud to hear from both ends.
Make sure to be hungry when you go or plan to take food home.
While the food itself is good all bbq sauces on the table have been watered down and the service is very slow. It’s as if they do not have enuf help. I always have to ask for a refill. Even when using the restroom the paper towels dispense with such a tiny sheet of paper u have to run ur hand back over the motion detector 10 times to get enuf paper towels to dry off. Seems they r cutting corners in several areas. And that’s what makes the rest as a whole seem like it’s gone down.
