They were unable to accommodate a group that had reserved the facility in advance. The manager was very disrespectful to customers, spoked harshly to everyone in the party. Event started at 12 a m. didn't get food until 2 p.m. Only one waitress to serve 27 people. She was very nice but needed help with taking and serving the orders. The owner needs to know how rude the manager was to customers 8/27/2025.

I went to this restaurant tonight and while my dad and his wife like to come, the waitress was very rude. I don’t remember her name but she had brown hair and mid/short height with a birth mark on her face, and claimed to be the manager. When I asked about the kids shrimp dinner she told me it was like the adult dinner and I said ok we will try it. I then said if my daughter does not like it I will send it back, she’s 7 and used to popcorn shrimp, the lady had the nerve to tell me she was the manager and that no I would not be able to send not back!! She has a texture thing and for that waitress who is not the manager to be as rude as she was is crazy. I will be making a complaint to the next person above her. She’s lucky I did not pay for the tab because it would be posted in this review. 😁. She was awful!!!

A cute little place. We came from Mount Dora, Florida to spend time with her for mothers day, on my birthday. Crab boil was delicious we had 3 orders from the table. My mom had Tilapia, she's had it more than once there. She loves it. I'm happy I could make her day, even though it was late in the week, The atmosphere could've been better but she was happy and the service we had was great. So I'm super happy.

Wife ordered stuff flounder and a hot baked potato.Instead of. using mossella cheese they put a slice of yellow cheese on top and potatoe was not hot.Wife said she don't think she will go back.We go to this restaurant about once a week. Waitress said they must have been out of the other cheese.

Well I haven't learned yet. Please make sure to check your take out orders before you leave. The food has great taste but they must think I like corn cause I ordered a baked potato. I had 2 orders, both were wrong !! They didn't give my grandson his fries. I live 30 mins away so it's not worth going all the way back. I'll try again maybe in a couple weeks. And whomever answered the phone needs to drop the attitude.

Excellent. Grilled salmon was fantastic, and the house salad so good I ate it all, something I never do. Service friendly, fast. I truly recommend this place. I'll be there more often for sure.
